What does Launch cost?
UGX 5,000, paid once when you open your Store. There is no monthly subscription until you reach UGX 1,000,000 in lifetime completed sales, then you have 7 days to move to Pro or Max. Launch is for one Store per person; every later Store starts on a paid plan.
What is the mobile money fee?
A percentage of each mobile money payment you collect, with the provider's charge already inside it: 6% on Launch, 5% on Pro and 4% on Max. Cash on delivery has no fee on any plan.
What are Kampe Credits?
Credits pay for messages you choose to send: an email Broadcast or a Recover message costs 1 credit, and one credit is UGX 10. Pro includes 4,000 credits every month and Max 8,000; what is left expires when the period ends. Launch starts with 500 credits that never expire. Order, payment and delivery emails to your Customers are always included and never use credits.
Can I buy more credits?
Yes. Packs are 500 for UGX 5,000, 1,000 for UGX 10,000, 2,500 for UGX 25,000, or choose your own amount. Purchased credits never expire.
Can I pay quarterly or yearly?
Yes. Pro is UGX 94,500 a quarter or UGX 336,000 a year; Max is UGX 189,000 a quarter or UGX 672,000 a year. Plan credits still arrive every month.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Upgrade any time from Billing in your dashboard; the new plan starts as soon as the payment succeeds. You can move down when your current period ends.
