Pickup from your shop
Customers close by can choose to collect. They see your address, a landmark to find you, and how soon the order is usually ready, and pickup costs them nothing.
Big items carry their own fee
A sofa needs more than a boda. Give a bulky product its own delivery fee, for every zone or just some. The order pays the higher of the zone fee and the product fee, never both.

Does Kampe deliver my orders?
No. You deliver with your own rider, a boda you trust, or a courier. Kampe charges the right fee at checkout and keeps the delivery details on every order.
Can I charge different fees for different areas?
Yes. Make a zone for each area you serve, list its towns, and give it a fee and a delivery time. The customer picks their zone at checkout.
Can customers collect the order themselves?
Yes. Turn on pickup and add your shop's address and a landmark. Customers who choose pickup pay no delivery fee and see how soon the order is usually ready.
How do I handle heavy or bulky products?
Give the product its own delivery fee, for every zone or only some. When it is in the basket, the order pays the higher of that fee and the zone fee.
Which plan do I need?
Delivery zones come with every plan, with no limit on how many. Pickup locations depend on the plan: one on Launch, two on Pro, and five on Max. Compare the plans on the pricing page.
